Please note your system(s) unavailability due to Planned Downtime

Dear customers and partners

SAP FSM infrastructure and development team is planning to perform internal database migration. This change will improve performance and stability of our solution.

There is no action needed from your side, but to perform the task, the following short downtimes are needed: 

• From 6pm GMT to 6:30 pm GMT on 5.10.2022 is needed in EU cluster. 
• From 6:30pm GMT to 7pm GMT on 5.10.2022 is needed in DE cluster. 

In order to improve performance and stability of our solution, we would need to perform an upgrade in CN cluster during the maintenance window on September 24th (2022-09-24).

There is no action needed from your side, but to perform the task, short downtime from 3:00pm GMT to 3:30pm GMT on 24.09.2022 is needed in CN cluster. 

During downtime all SAP FSM APIs and applications in listed cluster will not be available.
