Redundant Blank PDF Page is Added in Case the Page's X-Axis Size < 2cm

Issue description

A redundant empty page is added to a PDF of a layout where the page's X-axis is smaller than 2 cm.

Reproducing the issue

Scenario

1. Create a new empty layout with the following Page Settings: 

• CustomSize. 1.9; 5 cm
• Margins: 0; 1; 3; 2 cm
• Orientation: Landscape
• PaperKind: Custom
• TemplateSize: 5.5; 2 cm

2. Add a textBox into the page.
3. Preview the layout.
4. Save the preview as PDF from the preview window .

5. Open the new PDF file.

Actual results

A redundant blank page is added to the PDF.

Expected results

The PDF consists of only 1 page.

Cause

Limitation.

Solution

Make sure the page's X-Axis is >= 2 CM.
